Many people believe that only estrogen is important for women's health. However, there is a lot of evidence that testosterone is just as important in keeping a women healthy, especially as they get older. Often, when someone even mentions testosterone, most women go running. I know that when I've mentioned the importance of testosterone the reaction I get is less than positive.

Osteoporosis - the Silent Disease

Osteoporosis affects many women and even some men. It is a silent disease and you often don't even know you have a problem until you fracture a bone. Drinking milk won't necessarily keep you safe from this disease. Even though you may drink and eat a lot of dairy products you may still not be getting the 1200 mg of calcium per day.
